How Cooking Recipes compote Kolang kaling

If you feels bored with compote of red sauce as a mixture of brown sugar and coconut milk, here is a recipe cook kolang kaling compote with white coconut milk, which certainly looks more soft and bright.

Compote recipes cooking ingredients kolang kaling:
500 grams kolang kaling wash
1000 ml water
200 grams granulated sugar
2 pieces of pandan leaves tied
¼ teaspoon red paste
¼ teaspoon salt
600 ml thick coconut milk from 1 coconut

Compote recipes cooking kolang kaling:
Add water to the pan along with sugar and pandan leaves. Cook on low heat until boiling.
Add kolang kaling and pasta / red dye. Cook until boiling for 15-20 minutes. set aside
Add salt and coconut milk into a saucepan, then stir until boiling, remove and set aside.
Prepare a serving bowl, pour kolang kaling and coconut milk, serve.
